Jeffery James Stump

Jeffery James Stump, 48 of Salem, went to be with the Lord on Friday, December 30, 2011. Mr. Stump was born on October 21, 1963 in Roanoke to James H. & Joan L. Stoneman Stump. He was a member of the Glenvar Baptist Church and will be remembered mostly by his dedicated employment of 10 plus years at the Salem Walmart. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife of 10 years, Melissa Camden Stump; son Dylan Stump; sister, Elaine Gray, & husband Michael; mother and father-in-law, Carolyn & Michael Camden. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 3, 2012 from 6 until 8 p.m. at the John M. Oakey & Son funeral home in Salem. Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, January 4, 2012 at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Sherwood Memorial Gardens in Salem.
