Jeanette Kayton

Jeanette Kayton, 86, of Roanoke, died Friday, September 16, 2016 at her home. She was born in Wilmington, NC, a daughter of the late Charles and Dana Burton and had also resided in Chesapeake, VA prior to locating to the Roanoke area over thirty years ago. She leaves her husband of 67 years, Doug Kayton; her daughter, Kim Thornburg and husband Buck; her son, Guy Kayton and his wife Anne; five grandchildren, Kyle, Kalyn, Blake, Max and Nicholas; two great-granddaughters, Skylar and Taya, and her dog, Jake. A memorial service will be held at 4PM, Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at the Salem Presbyterian Church with Revs. Will Robinson and Janet Chisom officiating.
