Janet Elaine Lee

Janet Elaine Lee, of Roanoke and formerly of Catawba, joined her Daddy and our Heavenly Father on Friday, October 17, 2014. Collecting antiques was a favorite hobby of hers, and she enjoyed attending Celtic festivals. She also loved flowers, hummingbirds, and spending time with her grandchildren. Preceding her in death was her father, Ralph Kirk, Sr. Her surviving family includes her mother, Janet E. Kirk; husband, Robert E. (Eddie) Lee; brother, Ralph Kirk, Jr. and wife, Shirl; daughters, Kari Keene and Jessi Lynch; grandchildren, Mykah Liam Davis, Tiffani Greene, Alan Joynes, and Kiley Whittaker; nephew, Seth Kirk; and soon-to-be great-grandchild, Luna Ann Guthire. A period of visitation will take place on Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at 10 a.m. at the Locust Grove United Methodist Church in Salem. A memorial service will then begin at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at West View Cemetery in New Castle. The Rev. Ben Lockhart will officiate. The Lee family is being served by John M.
