James Sheldon Binkley, 84 of Roanoke, VA passed away Tuesday, January 29, 2013. He was born August 22, 1928 in Dayton, Ohio son of the late Lysle W. Sarah Terhune Binkley. He was also preceded in death by his loving wife, Margaret Ann Trent Binkley. He is survived by his daughter, Debra Winters of California. There will be no services. John M. Oakey and Son, Salem is serving the Binkley family
