Jacob Patrick Milligan

Jacob Patrick Milligan, 5, of Salem, passed away on Saturday, October 21, 2017. Jake was a kind and well-loved student at G.W. Carver Elementary School. At home, he loved to interact with his siblings, and especially with his big brother, Harlan. He also loved to listen to his daddy play the fiddle. Preceding him in death was his sister, Suzanna O. Milligan. His surviving family includes his parents, Bruce P. and Rosetta L. Milligan; siblings, Harlan, Afton, Ava, and Andrew Milligan as well as Donald (DJ) and Charles Williams; and grandparents, Linda and Keith Adams. A memorial service will be held at 5 p.m. on Saturday, November 4, 2017, in the John M. Oakey & Son Chapel in Salem with Chaplain Dave Vanderpool officiating.
