Inge Birkenmaier

Inge Birkenmaier, age 93, of Salem, VA died Wednesday, July 28, 2010. She was predeceased by her husband, Ollie. She is survived by her daughters, Anita Kelly (Jim) and Karen; sons, Ralph (Sandy), Joe, and Jim; and granddaughters, Brittany and Ashley Birkenmaier, and Courtenay and Victoria Kelly. She was a kind and greatly loved wife, mother, grandmother, and a friend to many, and will be terribly missed. The family will receive friends Friday, July 30, 2010 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm at John M. Oakey and Son, Salem. Funeral services will be conducted at 10 am Saturday, July 31, 2010 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help with Father Kevin Segerblom officiating. Interment will follow at St. Andrews Diocesan Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 314 Turner Rd., Salem, VA 24153
