Harry Blyskal

Harry Blyskal, 64, of Vinton, VA passed away on Sunday, December 25, 2022. Born Thursday, January 2, 1958, in Patterson, NJ to the late Emil Joseph Blyskal and Eleanor Joachim Blyskal. Harry attended Jordantown Wesleyan Church for 36 years and was known as the Candy Man. He was a great prankster with a huge heart and a great smile. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Bill Blyskal. Left to cherish his memory, loving wife of 37 years, Theresa Terry Blyskal; children, Rachel Blyskal (John Davis), Elizabeth Blyskal (Brent Johnson); sister, Marcia Armbrecht (Dave); grandchildren, Ollie O. Wilson and Liam J. Shaw; special friends, Jack Pierson, and Tony Cox; loving dog, Smokey Bones; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 28, 2023, at Jordantown Wesleyan Church, Vinton, VA with Pastor Lewis Brandon officiating.
