Geraldine Darl 'Shirley' Hylton

Geraldine Shirley Darl Hylton, 75, of Salem, VA went to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 14, 2010. She was born November 14, 1934 in Salem, VA daughter of the late Lamuel A. and Ada Lewis Wirt. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Jack Wirt. Mrs. Hylton was a loving mother to her family. She is survived by sons, Aubrey Hylton and David Hylton; daughters and son-in-law, Belinda Darl Pendleton and Dreama and David Stacy; brothers and sisters-in-law, John and Ellen Wirt and Dan and Janet Wirt; sisters and brothers-in-law, Marcy Muncy, Betty and Barry Greene and Rose and Frank Webb; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 1 pm Saturday, October 16, 2010 at East Hill Cemetery, Salem with Rev. Ted Carrol officiating.
