George Washington Roberts Iii

George W. Roberts, formerly of Paulsboro and Woodbury, New Jersey, and since 1980 of Roanoke passed away on Saturday, February 5th, 2022. Mr. Roberts was predeceased by his loving wife of 57 years, Marjorie, and his parents, George W. Jr. and Frances V. Roberts. He is survived by three children, Ken of Lynchburg, Keith of Boones Mill, and Kathy Cockrell of Roanoke, and three grandchildren Sarah, Hunter, and Amanda Roberts. A Celebration of Life for Mr. Roberts will be conducted on Saturday, February 12th at 4:00 PM at Community Church which is located at 1923 East Main Street in Salem with Pastors Ken Nienke, Dale Mullinix, and Tom McCracken officiating.
