Gayle L. Pillow

Gayle L. Pillow, 73, of Salem, passed away on Sunday March 30, 2014. Gayle was a lifelong area resident. She was born in Roanoke to the late Hugh W. and Edith G. Kinsey. Gayle was a CPA and was a member of the Bearded Collie Club, she loved showing her dogs and caring for her puppies. She was a wonderful cook, her specialty was red eye gravy and biscuits. Gayle was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Left behind to cherish her memories are her husband of 51 years, Ray Pillow; sons, Keith Pillow, of Salem and Robin Pillow along with his wife Patty Heany, of Cleveland, OH; and grandson, Roland Pillow.
