Frances Lee Moricle Collins, 76, of Roanoke, Virginia, went to be with the Lord on Friday, August 25, 2017. She was preceded in death by mother, Mary Ferguson.
Left to cherish her memory are children, Robert L. Cox and wife, Sonya, Richard D. Cox and wife, Shelley, and James A. Cox; and grandchildren, Sarah M. Cox, Michele Cox, and Alyson T. Cox.
