Evelyn Cain Bradshaw

Evelyn Cain Bradshaw, 85, of Salem, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 20, 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Jefferson and Eliza Jane Cain; and her husband, James Roland Bradshaw. Family left to cherish her memory include her daughters, Karen B. Nicholson and her husband Edward, and Brenda G. Bradshaw-Stallings and her husband Andrew; sister, Kathleen Rushing; grandchildren, Ashley and Joshua Nicholson; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 21, 2016 from 2 until 4 p.m. and 6 until 9 p.m. at John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home in Salem. A graveside service to honor Evelyns life will be held on Friday, April 22, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Sherwood Memorial Park in Salem, with Pastor Charles Gwaltney officiating.
