In Loving Memory of
Elizabeth Octava Noel Hooten
December 17, 1999 - November 8, 2025
Elizabeth Hooten passed away at home, surrounded by family after a courageous battle with cancer, leaving behind a legacy of laughter, strength, and compassion.
Born in Cleveland, Ohio, and raised in Roanoke, Virginia, Elizabeth found her heart and happiness in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina - a place where the ocean always seemed to mirror her free and beautiful spirit.
A devoted mother to her son, Max, the light of her life, Elizabeth did everything with him in mind. She was also a loving daughter, sister, niece, and aunt whose family meant the world to her.
Elizabeth was known by everyone who met her as a vibrant soul - sassy, kind, and full of life. Whether serving tables and spreading joy at Crocodile Rocks, laughing with friends over an iced coffee or fast food, or soaking up the sun and ocean breeze, her presence brought joy wherever she went.
Fiercely loyal and endlessly compassionate, Elizabeth left a mark that will never fade. Her courage and spirit will live on through Max and the many lives she touched.
She will be forever missed and lovingly remembered by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege to know her.
