Elizabeth Hamilton "Anne" Bowe

Elizabeth Anne Hamilton Bowe, 69, of Salem, Va., went to be with her daughter, Ashley Kate, in Heaven on Wednesday, February 10, 2021, after a brief illness. Anne was a loving wife and exceptional mother. She was predeceased by her daughter, Ashley Kate; her parents, Bill and Sylvia Hamilton; mother-in-law, Jean Cochran; brother, Billy Hamilton; and brother-in-law, Warren Boardwine. Her surviving family includes her husband of 52 years, Glenn R. Bowe; sister, Rosemary Boardwine; devoted niece, Scotti (Howard) Hartman; and special grandson, Jackson Samuel. She is also survived by her sister-in-law, Bonnie Cobb; and nephews, John (Kara) Cobb and Yancey Cobb. Also left to cherish her memory are numerous cousins, dear friends, and her beloved dachshund, Holly. A private service will be held at a later date.
