Eda Withers Wynn

Eda May (Withers) Wynn, 99, of Roanoke, Va., passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 5, 2022. Eda was born on Friday, October 20, 1922, and lived her entire life in her beloved Roanoke. She was predeceased by her husband, Edward M. (Mac) Wynn, Sr.; daughter, Rita Reed; parents, Charles and Regina Withers; sister, Virginia White; and brother, Harry Withers. She is survived by her children, Edward Wynn, Jr. (Mary) of Atlanta, Ga., Regina Williamson of Roanoke, Va., John Wynn (Sharon) of Wallace N.C., Ginny Arrington (Vic) of Roanoke, Va., and Matthew Wynn (Carol) of Roanoke, Va.; nine grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. A private graveside service was held at Sherwood Memorial Park in Salem, Va.
