Earl Wayne Fields, 65, of Salem VA, passed away Monday, January 3, 2011. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Fields; a daughter, Kim Carroll & son-in-law Freddie Carroll, and a sister, Mary Arlene Hanson. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, January 6, 2011, at Fellowship Community Church in Salem.
