Deborah Anne Naugle

Deborah A. Naugle, 70, of Roanoke, went to be with the Lord, on Tuesday, October 27, 2022. Born in Winder, Pennsylvania on Christmas Eve in 1951 to the late George and Catherine Pekera Swansiger, she made the Roanoke Valley home and together with her husband, raised their family here. Deborah was a full-time mother and homemaker for the majority of her life. She adored her children and was a doting Gram to her grandchildren. She was a loving and faithful wife to her husband, Martin and took great pride in making their house a home. Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband, Martin E. Naugle, of Roanoke, VA; children, Keith (Kelly) Naugle, of Indianapolis, IN, Kenny (Susan) Naugle, of Fairfax, VA, Jennifer (Andrew) Ward, of Limerick, PA, and Jarrod Naugle, of Roanoke, VA; as well as grandchildren, Maddux and Tucker Naugle, and Callen and Hudson Ward. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 2, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., in the chapel of John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home, Salem. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 a.m. with Chaplain Darren Chilson officiating. Interment immediately following in Sherwood Memorial Park.
