David Moody Firey Ii

David Moody Firey, II, 51, of Salem, passed away Tuesday, November 27, 2012, He was born in Roanoke, the son of Patricia N. Jones of Jefferson City, TN, and the late David M. Firey and had been an area resident all of his life. He was a veteran of the United States Army. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his loving wife Marla Ryburn Firey; three sons, David Bushnell, Justin Firey and Alexander Firey; a granddaughter, Hayden Bushnell; two sisters, Deborah Louthen and her husband Charles, and Tonia Firey; his life-long friend, Kevin Craighead, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2PM, Friday, November 30, 2012 at the Chapel of John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home, Salem. Rev. Ken Nienke will officiate. Burial will follow at East Hill Cemetery.
