Cynthia Ann Flinchum

Cynthia Ann Flinchum, 59, of Salem, VA, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 2, 2026, just days before her 60th birthday. She was born on Friday, May 6, 1966, in Delaware.

Cynthia was a woman whose love knew no limits. She was deeply cherished by all who knew her, and she gave that love freely and wholeheartedly in return. Her presence brought comfort, strength, and light to those around her.

A true fighter, Cynthia faced life’s challenges with courage and determination, holding on with unwavering strength until her last breath. Her resilience was an inspiration, and her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those she touched.

Today, we take comfort in knowing she is at peace, free of pain, and resting in the arms of the Lord, and dancing like wildflowers in a place of eternal beauty.

She will be dearly missed and forever remembered.

Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband of 32 years, Ronnie Flinchum; children, Coty Flinchum and Sarah Hoose; her siblings, Brian Flinchum (Beth), Cindy Conley (Greg), Wanda Snider (Earl), Ken Hamby (Michelle), and Peggy Jacobson (Bryan); grandchildren, Hailey Flinchum and Austin Hoose; and her mother-in-law, Jean Flinchum.
