Claudia Yvonne Snow, of Fincastle and formerly of Salem, completed her lifes journey on Friday, January 21, 2011. Claudias strength and courage helped her to overcome a lifetime of cardiac challenges. Throughout that life, she was a charter member of the Blue Ridge Region Porsche Club of America, and also served 22 years as a docent with the Art Museum of Western Virginia that later became the Taubman Museum of Art. A woman of many talents, she was well known for her artistic creativity and culinary expertise. She was a devoted wife, caring mother of two, and loving grandmother who genuinely valued friendships. She will be greatly missed. Her surviving family includes her husband of 48 years, Dave Snow; daughter, Cathy Dick and husband, James; son, Michael Davis; grandchildren, Brian Hankins, Jennifer Hankins, Casey Regets and husband, Max, Dakota Davis, and Elizabeth Dick; great-grandchild, Avery; and half-brother, George Clouse and wife, Marie.
