Clarence Junior Aliff, 70, of Salem, passed away Thursday April 25, 2013 He was born in Roanoke, a son of the late, Leonard and Annie Aliff. Along with his father and mother, he is preceded in death by his stepmother, Edith O. Aliff, two brothers, Billy Ray Aliff; Lynwood Alfred Aliff and two sisters, Shirley Mae Wood and Barbara Rock. Clarence was a life long area resident and made his living as an antique dealer. He was known to many as a permanent fixture at Happys flea market, he loved to listen to blue grass and country music, and was known as regular customer at Hardees. Left to cherish his memories are three brothers, Danny Aliff his wife Sue; Billy Joe Cioti`; Eligah Odell Aliff; three sisters, Ellen Brown; Debbie Clemons her husband David and Mary Wray, along with a host of nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Sunday April 28, 2013 from 5-8 pm at John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home, Salem, A Funeral service to honor the life of Clarence Junior Aliff, will be held on Monday April 29, 2013 at 11:00 am in the Chapel of the funeral home, with Pastor Mike Coleman presiding. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Roanoke
