Charlotte Faye Slusher Meadows, 74, of Salem, passed away on Wednesday, November 30, 2011. She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl Norfleet and Nila June Slusher; and husband, Frank Kenny Meadows. Her surviving family includes 1 brother; and 2 sisters. A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 5, 2011 at 11 a.m. in the John M. Oakey & Son Chapel in Salem.
