Cecil Robert Kipps, 74 of Roanoke, VA passed away Tuesday, July 22, 2014. He was the son of the late Friday and Lena Moses Kipps.
Mr. Kipps retired from Roanoke Restaurant Service.
He is survived by his brother, Shirley Kipps; sisters, Helen Mills, Nina Switzer and Lorene Parker; and friend Siddhi Patel.
