Catherline Hess Wilson

Catherline Hess Wilson, 88, of Salem, went to be with the Lord on Monday, January 23, 2012. She was originally from Honaker, VA and moved to this area in 1983. Her surviving family includes her children, Carolyn Blevins and husband, Danny, Roger Slate and wife, Dollie, Kermit Slate and wife, Kathy, and Buford Slate; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a special pet companion, Wendy. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 26, 2012 at 11 a.m. in the Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens Mausoleum in Roanoke. There will be no visitation.
