Carolyn Virginia Johnson Woods

Carolyn Virginia Johnson Woods, 68, of Salem, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 27, 2011. She was retired from Kroger after many years of service. Preceding her in death were her parents, William and Mary Johnson; and husband, Bobby E. Woods. Her surviving family includes her brothers, Robert L. Johnson of Florida and Vernon Johnson of Alexandria, VA; and sister, Betty St.Clair of Salem, VA. A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 30, 2011 at 10 a.m. at Sherwood Memorial Park. There will be no visitation. The Woods family is being served by John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home in Salem, 540-389-5441.
