Calvin Ray Padgett

Calvin R. Padgett, Jr., of Salem, passed away unexpectedly on January 21, 2022, at the age of 67. He is predeceased in death by his father Calvin R. Padgett, Sr. Calvin is survived by his mother, Lois P. Padgett; wife, Linda M. Padgett; son, Calvin R. Padgett, III; daughter, Jaclyn L. Padgett; sister, Debra P. Grzanka; nephews, John and James Grzanka; and many other loved ones and friends. Calvin was a graduate of Virginia Tech and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. He made a career as a healthcare provider and retired as an OR Technician from Lewis Gale Medical Center. Calvin was a lover of nature, music, and books. His last wishes were to be cremated and his ashes to be scattered among Mother Nature, his favorite place to be. A private Celebration of Life service is planned for a later date. Service Details.
