Buddy Arnold Ramsey

Buddy A. Ramsey, 77 of Catawba went to join family and friends in heaven on February 27, 2015. Buddy was a retiree of the General Electric Corporation in Salem. He was proceeded by his parents, Jarrett & Louie Ramsey of Ramsey, WV; Sister, Pauline Linkenhoker, of WV; Brothers, Junior & Bill Ramsey, both of Ohio; Special Father & Mother In-Law, Jack & Nadine Loope of Catawba and Best Friend, James Oyler of Boonesmill, VA. Buddy is survived by his wife of 55 years, Louessie Ramsey; Daughter, Brenda and husband Russell Willis of Catawba; and their daughter, Chelsea and husband Miles Vaughn of New Castle; Son, Donald Wayne and daughter, Sara-Jane Chamberlain of Catawba; adopted Daughter, Julia and husband Bill Akers of Cloverdale and their daughter, Brittney and husband Brad Bryant and their children Brayden & Brynnan of Botetourt; Sisters, Peg Bragg and husband Jim, Pat Hypes and husband Darrell of WV; Brothers: Ronald Ramsey & wife Ginny of Kentucky; Bob Ramsey & wife Mildred of WV; John Ramsey & wife Janet of VA and Jarrell Ramsey of SC; Special Sister In-law, Nancy and husband Jack Proffitt of New Castle; Brothers In-law: James Loope & wife Lillian of WV; Billy Loope and wife Margie of Catawba and John Loope and wife Judy of Salem; Sisters In-law, Mick and Linda Ramsey; many nieces and nephews and Special Friends, Raymond Dewease, Linda Turner and granddaughter Marissa (Boo) and Joe Looney & wife Judy.
