Bobby Luke Vandoren

Bobby Luke VanDoren was born asleep in the arms of Jesus on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, to Robert VanDoren, IV, and Marlie Gregory in Roanoke, VA. He is preceded in death by his great grandparents, Mary and Herbert Bebber, and Robert VanDoren, Jr. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his paternal grandfather, Robert VanDoren, III and wife, Tammy; paternal grandmother, Tara Sagginario; maternal grandmother, Betty Huggett, and husband, Todd; maternal grandfather, Mark Gregory; great grandparents, Joan Sagginario, and Geri VanDoren; paternal step-grandfather, Russell DeBoer; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive. A funeral service to celebrate his life will be held on Monday, November 14, 2022, at the John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home in Salem, VA, with Pastor Jeff Clinevill officiating. Interment will follow at Sherwood Memorial Park in Salem, VA. Friends may visit with the family from 1 p.m. until the service hour at the funeral home.
