Bobby Junior Reece

Bobby Junior Reece, 69, of Salem, VA passed away Monday, September 12, 2011. He was born July 22, 1942 in Montgomery County, VA son of the late Amos and Laura Henley Reece. He was also preceded in death by his loving wife, Betty Carter Reece; and two sisters, Ollie Epperly and Betty Yingling. Mr. Reece was a retired truck driver from Advance Auto with 22 years of service. He was a member of the House of Prayer in Roanoke and a US Army Veteran. He is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Tamara and Jay Pilot and Sherry and Oron Clemmons; granddaughter and spouse, Julie and Joshua Kingery; great-granddaughter, Allyson Kingery; brother and sister-in-law, Daley and Hilda Reece; sisters and brothers-in-law, Rose and Donald Surface, Lucille and Roy Reynolds and Margaret Flinchum; and a number of nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at the House of Prayer, 2521 Portland Ave., NW, Roanoke, VA. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 pm Wednesday, September 14, 2011 at the House of Prayer with Rev. Gary Butcher officiating. Interment will follow at Sherwood Memorial Park. John M.
