HYPES Bobby Lewis Bobby Lewis Hypes, 75, of Roanoke died Friday, October 27, 2017. He was born February 19, 1942 in Roanoke County a son of the late Aina Guy and Virginia Cleo Grubb Hypes. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Billy Lee Hypes; sisters, Mildred Jean Hypes and Linda Sue Hypes. Mr. Hypes was a retired painter. He is survived by his sisters, Evelyn Gay Hypes Wilburn and Margaret Arlene Hypes Worrell; nephew, Guy Wilburn; niece, Ronna Worrell; great-nephew, Morgan Wilburn; and great-niece, Bailey Wilburn. Services will be conducted at 2:00 pm Tuesday, October 31, 2017 with Rev. Brian Gordon officiating with interment following at the Grubb Cemetery, Salem, VA.
