Betty Williams Price

Betty Williams Price, 74, of Salem, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 31, 2017. Betty worked at G.E. for many years and was a loving mother and grandmother throughout her life. She was preceded in death by parents, Kenneth P. Williams and Lida Williams of Ripplemead, VA; husband, Thomas D. Price; brother, Leroy Williams of Blacksburg, VA; and sister, Louise Mills of Salem, VA. Left to cherish her memory are son, Thomas Kevin Price and wife, Chelsie of Houston, TX; siblings, Alvin Williams of Blacksburg, VA, Brenda Heckman of Rich Creek, VA, and Benny Williams of Pembroke, VA, and Claire McCroskey; grandchildren, Nicholas Delaney of Salem, VA, Avery and Koby Price of Houston, TX. A visitation will be held from 6 until 8 p.m. on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home, Salem.
