Bernard Nelson Foutz, 57 of Atlanta, Georgia formerly of Roanoke County, passed away Thursday, January 26, 2023. Nelson graduated from Cave Spring High School and Roanoke College. He is preceded in death by his father, Roy E R.E. Foutz, Jr; grandparents, Roy E. Foutz, Sr., and Eunice Foutz, B.N. Overstreet, and Helen O. Robertson. He is survived by his mother Mae Lee Foutz; brother, Roy Foutz, (Tracey); nephew, Colin Foutz; niece, Katie Foutz, aunt, Muriel Radford; and cousin, Dr. Millard Radford. All services will be private.
