Barbara Hall Spence

Barbara H. Spence, 92, of Salem, Va. and formerly of Montgomery County, Va., went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 26, 2022. Her surviving family includes her husband of 22 years, Charles R. Spence; several grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. The family sincerely thanks Heartland Hospice for its personal care given to Barbara.
