Barbara Ann Scruggs

Barbara Ann Ratliff Scruggs, 81, of Roanoke, passed away Sunday, July 21, 2013. Barbara was an area resident for most of her life and was a member of St. Pauls Episcopal Church in Salem. She was employed as an executive secretary at Norfolk & Western Railroad prior to retiring after nearly 30 years of service, and enjoyed traveling with her husband and friends. She is survived by her loving husband of over 50 years, Edward Scruggs, and a host of friends. A graveside service will be held at 2PM, Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at Sherwood Memorial Park.
