Annette Boles Ward

Annette Boles Ward, 50, of Salem, passed on to Heaven on Monday, October 6, 2014. She was preceded in death by her father, Ivan Boles, Sr.; and her brother, Mark Boles. Annette leaves her loving and caring husband, Mike; her son, Jacob Michael; and her daughter, Deanna Elaine. She is also survived by her mother, Ellease Boles; her siblings, Ivan, David, Russell, and Donna; and numerous nieces and nephews. Annette enjoyed spending time with her husband and children. She will always remain in their hearts. She was loved deeply and will be sorely missed. A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 10, 2014 at 11 a.m. at Mountain Pass Baptist Church at 2975 Catawba Valley Drive in Salem.
