Ann Underwood Gregory

Ann Underwood Gregory, 94, of Roanoke, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 29, 2013. She was born on February 23, 1919 in Bonsack, VA to the late James and Lula Trussler Underwood. She was a member of Waverly Place Baptist Church in Roanoke. Ann was vibrant and loving, enjoying life while making everyone smile. She greatly enjoyed collecting antiques. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie D. Gregory, Sr.; daughter, Betty Gregory Wills; and son-in-law, Clifton Wills. Family left to cherish her memory include her son, Charlie D. Gregory, Jr.; daughter-in-law, Elaine B. Gregory; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. A Graveside Service honoring Anns life will be conducted on Wednesday, July 3, 2013 at 1 p.m. at Cedar Lawn Burial Park in Roanoke with Pastor Wayne Sellers officiating.
