Albert Ewell (Bill) Bailey, III, 81, of Roanoke, Va., passed away on Tuesday, February 14, 2018. Surviving him are his wife of 55 years, Elsie Wingfield Bailey; and his two children, Anne Bailey Johnston and husband, Paul Michael, and Albert E. (Bill) Bailey, IV and wife, Karyl Camp; and grandchildren, Ian Hall, Parker Hall, Alexandra Bailey, and Albert E. (Quentin) Bailey, V. His family will be receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, February 16, 2018, at the John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home in Salem, Va. A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 17, 2018, from St. Pauls Episcopal Church at 42 East Main Street in Salem, Va. A reception in the Parish Hall will immediately follow the service. Interment will then take place at 1:30 p.m. at Fairview Cemetery in Roanoke, Va.
