Adreonna Robyn Keffer June Bug, 18, of Salem, passed away on Monday, February 15, 2021. She was born on December 27, 2002, in Roanoke, Va. Adreonna was known for her goofy ways in hopes to cause a smile or laugh. She could be clumsy at times and could most definitely be known to have a terrible temper, but on the opposite side of that, Adreonna was also known for her extremely big heart. She absolutely loved caring for the elderly and did not tolerate disrespect towards others, especially her family. Her family referred to it as her no B.S. policy. She enjoyed various things in her young life and was a little known for her wild side, as she enjoyed the thrill of riding four wheelers. Most of all, Adreonna will be remembered for having the most unconditional love towards her family, with her sister, Keira being at the top of the list. Keira held a very special place in her heart. Preceding her in death includes her great-grandparents, Della Simpkins, Frances Wallace, and Roy Keffer; great-aunt, Dottie Duncan; and cousins, B.J. Smith and Tia Gardner. Family remaining to cherish her memory includes her mom, Katie Keffer; sister, Keira Keffer; grandparents, Rodney and kitty Keffer; aunts, Molly Christ (George), cousins, Sophia, Jack, Marcus, Mathew, Makayla, Jada, James, and Brandi (Terry); special aunt, Bobbie Hunter Gaga; great-aunt and uncle, Vickie and Eddie B. Smith; extended family, Lindsay Taylor, Brittany Worrell, and Ronnie and Carolyn Gordon; and special friends, Kenzie, Keley, Ebeth, Coda, Parker, and Shawnee. A celebration of Adreonnas life will be conducted on Friday, February 19, 2021, at 11 a.m., in the chapel of John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home, in Salem. Pastor Danny Kesler will officiate. Flowers will be accepted, or donations, made in Adreonnas memory, to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, would also be appreciated. The family wishes to thank Lindsay Taylor and Amy Marshall, for their love and support during this most difficult time. Service Details.
