Aaron Dwayne Hedge

Aaron Dwayne Hedge, 44, of Salem, passed away on Tuesday, March 31, 2015. Known by his family and friends as Dwayne, he was born on July 26, 1970. He had a great love for hunting and fishing and most outdoor activities. He loved his animals and over time had rescued several dogs and cats. He also loved his children, Mathew and Sadie, with all his heart. They were his pride and joy. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Minnie Fisher; and special pets, Dozer, Rainbow, and Zeus. He is survived by his mother, Ester Lou Robertson; stepfather, Timothy Robertson; son, Mathew McNeil; daughter, Sadie Riddle; brother, Glen Hedge and wife, Carmen; and grandfather, Gilbert V. Fisher and wife, Irene. A period of visitation will be held on Saturday, April 4, 2015 from 4 to 6 p.m. in the John M. Oakey & Son Chapel in Salem. A memorial service will then begin at 6 p.m. with the Rev. Kenneth Lane officiating.
