Obituary for Robert John Benjamin Clinginpeel

Robert J. B. “Bobby” Clingenpeel, 27, of Salem, passed away in his sleep on Saturday, April 18, 2020.

Bobby enjoyed playing football every Sunday, playing his guitar and singing, and loved the outdoors. He never met a stranger and was always there for others with a big smile and a huge hug. Bobby was great with children, loved spending his time with family and friends, and loved cheese.

He was preceded in death by his Grandma “Ree”, Grandpa KO, Nana, Grandpa Lew, Aunt Laurie and many great friends.

He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Deborah and Billy Brooks; father, Greg Clingenpeel; siblings, Julie (Russell), Joey (Ali), Billy Jr. and Trish; Grandma Kathy; Grandpa Dudley (Evelyn) and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, Bailey, Ayden, Camilla, Ashton and Emerson; his girlfriend, Kailey; his best friends, Evan and Trey, and many more friends.
