She was a longtime member of First Christian Church in Salem and also an honorary member of Greenhill Church of the Brethren in Salem.
Those left to cherish in her memory include her daughters, Lisa Dooley and Angie Holshouser, and husband, Kevin; grandchildren, Cameron Holshouser and finance’ Sarah D’Ascenzo, Luke Dooley, Kelsey Dooley Patterson, and husband, Hunter and Miranda Holshouser; sister-in-law; Katrina Edwards; special family friend, Bobby Holshouser; numerous nieces and nephews, as well as her beloved cats.
The family will welcome friends on Thursday, May 5, 2022, from 6:00 p.m. -- 8:00 p.m. at the John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home, in Salem. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, May 6th, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Dan Netting officiating. A graveside gathering to follow at Huffman Memorial Park on Cumberland Gap Road in New Castle, Virginia.
