The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Lena Ann Tuck can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

My Dear Friend

I met Ann Brown when we were n the 9th grade at Andrew Lewis HS in Salem, VA  We had a typing class together.  Later we became really good friends, and though there were lapses in staying in contact , we always kept in touch with letters when she lived in Ohio, Oregon and Michigan.  Ann was the sweetest, kindest person I ever met.  I am sure that she never did or said a wrong thing in her life.  No matter what was happening around her, she was cheerful, and found the good in every situation. Both Ann and I were  what most people call genealogy "nuts".  We loved looking for our ancestors and putting the pieces of their lives together.  I will miss talking to Ann, going to lunch with her and our school friends Betty and Joan.

I know that Ann is now one of God's angels and I am blessed to have had her as a long time friend.  I will miss her everyday until one day we will meet again.

Love to you Ann, my dearest of friends

Pat
