Bobby Lewis
Bobby Lewis Hypes, 75, of Roanoke died Friday, October 27, 2017. He was born February 19, 1942 in Roanoke County a son of the late Aina Guy and Virginia Cleo Grubb Hypes. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Billy Lee Hypes; sisters, Mildred Jean Hypes and Linda Sue Hypes.
Mr. Hypes was a retired painter.
He is survived by his sisters, Evelyn Gay Hypes Wilburn and Margaret Arlene Hypes Worrell; nephew, Guy Wilburn; niece, Ronna Worrell; great-nephew, Morgan Wilburn; and great-niece, Bailey Wilburn.
Services will be conducted at 2:00 pm Tuesday, October 31, 2017 with Rev. Brian Gordon officiating with interment following at the Grubb Cemetery, Salem, VA. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
