Mr. Jack Kelly Hatfield, 66, of Salem , passed away on Tuesday, May 06, 2008. He was born on January 22, 1942 in Williamson , WV to the late Clyde and Eunice Hatfield. He was a graduate of West Virginia University and was a Certified Public Accountant. He is survived by his children; John Hatfield and wife Krystal of Roanoke, Brandon Hatfield and wife Erica of Florida, and Kelley Galyen and husband Danny of Iowa; three grandchildren; and a brother, Robert Hatfield of West Virginia.
