Philip Graham Stafford, 74, of Roanoke, VA and formerly of Florida passed away Monday, May 7, 2012. He was born in Giles County, VA the son of Pearl Graham Stafford and Amanda Elizabeth Shaw Stafford. Mr. Stafford was a US Air Force Veteran. He is survived by his sister, Nancy Kidd and husband, Loyd Malcolm Tingler; niece, Sandy Bellamy and her husband, Eric; and his favorite great-niece and nephew, Lauren and Ethan Bellamy.
