Jean Wysor Washburn, 81, of Salem, passed away on Sunday, March 4, 2012. She worked for the state for over 20 years, and was a former member of New Hope Presbyterian Church. She was a loving mother and grandmother, and had an outgoing personality. Preceding her in death were her parents, Walter and Mima Wysor; and a grandson, Dustin Washburn. Her surviving family includes a son, Johnny Washburn; daughter, Anne Shults; and grandchildren, Dallas Washburn and Kristen Finley. The Washburn family is being served by John M.
