Ann Brown Tuck, 78, of Salem, passed away Saturday, November 18th, 2017
Ann was born and raised in Salem, Virginia where her father was farm manager at the Lutheran Children’s Home. She attended and graduated from Andrew Lewis High School. Ann worked for Farmers National Bank which later became First Virginia Bank. Ann was a member of College Lutheran Church and later joined Melrose Baptist Church.
Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Nathan “Hap” David Brown and Alice Marie Looney Brown.
Left to cherish her memory are her spouse, Donald S. Tuck; children, Sharon Huff, Lisa Mitchell and spouse, John Mitchell, Jr., Brent McKinney and spouse, Dana McKinney, and Cheryl Wade; brother, David W. Brown and spouse, Dianne; grandchildren, Hunter McKinney, Janelle McKinney, and Alisha Price; and great-grandchildren, Gage Sugg and Nevaeh Heath.
A visitation will be held from 6 until 8 p.m. on Tuesday, November 21st, 2017 at John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home, Salem. A funeral service will be conducted at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, November 22nd, 2017 at Melrose Baptist Church, Roanoke. An interment will follow at Sherwood Memorial Park, Salem.
