Judith A. McCormack, 82, of Salem, went to be with the Lord on Monday, November 6, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Mary Barger; husband, William McCormack, Sr.; and sister, Meryle Mize and husband, Bobby.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, William McCormack, Jr. and wife, Wendy, Mary Waldron and husband, Gary, and Andrew McCormack and wife, Leah; grandchildren, James, Adrian, Ian and Amanda McCormack; numerous nieces and nephews; and her “water buddies” from the YMCA.
The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home, Salem. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, November 10, 2017 at Sherwood Memorial Park’s Abbey, Salem, with Pastor Jim Asberry officiating.
