Condolence: My best to all the family. On the other side of things I didn't really know Dr Tate personally but he put my braces on in the early 70's. That summer I was hit by a car and he told me that was the only reason I didn't lose all my teeth, that's a heck of a memory. Riding my bike from Salem Intermediate for appts. I always got a kick from him rolling quickly to other pts on his chair. Fond memories and straight teeth -thank you.

Condolence: Dear Family, My thoughts go out to all of you on the loss of your husband, Dad, Granddad. Dr. Tate was one of my Dad's best friends and I think back so fondly on the times our parents spent together. Your Dad was such a true Southern Gentleman. May your wonderful memories bring you comfort and peace and may they bring a smile to your face. Thinking of all of you, Sandra Dickey Phillips
