Bonnie Sue Ruscigno, 64, of Roanoke, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 4, 2017.

She was retired from the IRS having worked as an administrative assistant, was currently employed with The Answering Network, and worked hard at many other places in between as well. In her spare time, she enjoyed drag racing, NASCAR, and playing games on the computer.

Preceding her in death was her mother, Lorene C. Lucas.

Her surviving family includes her father, Fred L. Lucas; husband, James A. Ruscigno; children, James Thomas Ruscigno, Lisa Ruscigno, and Janelle Ruscigno; stepdaughter, Michelle Dillon; and siblings, Patricia Brookshier and husband, Ricky, and Kevin L. Lucas and wife, Melissa.

The family will receive friends from 2:30 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, March 11, 2017, in the John M. Oakey & Son Chapel in Salem. A memorial service will then begin at 4 p.m. with Rev. Bryan Lawrence officiating.
